- Minimum order of 2 serves of meat menus for A La Carte

- Fully Licenced with BYO (Wines ONLY)

- Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time

- Please note that we do not offer split payments

What is ‘ Yakiniku’ ?

Yakiniku, meaning "grilled meat," is a Japanese dining experience where you cook bite-sized meats, seafood, and vegetables on a grill. Yakiniku Hibiki uses a specific type of grill called Ami-yaki, which allows everyone to cook and enjoy their food together.

The name "Hibiki" refers to the idea of resonance, like sound waves echoing. This concept reflects how the flavours and aromas of grilling create a harmonious and satisfying meal. As the meat sizzles, it fills the air with delicious smells, and the social aspect of cooking and eating together adds another layer of enjoyment.

The long-awaited Sunshine Plaza branch is finally opening Tuesday, 3 December. We'll be having a soft opening for a week, and if you follow Sunshine Plaza on Instagram @hibiki_sunshine sunshine and DM us, we'll send you a 50% off voucher*. *The voucher is valid until 10 December and will give you 50% off the total price (excluding alcoholic beverages). To redeem the voucher, you must have made an advance reservation at the Sunshine Plaza branch on the website. During your soft opening, you may only have limited tables and a limited menu available.
