Due to changed regulations, butane gas bottles can no longer be used in restaurants. Instead, we've switched to a grill that uses corn as a fuel source. With more firepower, you can enjoy Japanese-style BBQ on a grill that's even more delicious than before.
Friday lunch is now available at Yakiniku Hibiki.

What is ‘ Yakiniku’ ?
Yakiniku, meaning "grilled meat," is a Japanese dining experience where you cook bite-sized meats, seafood, and vegetables on a grill. Yakiniku Hibiki uses a specific type of grill called Ami-yaki, which allows everyone to cook and enjoy their food together.
The name "Hibiki" refers to the idea of resonance, like sound waves echoing. This concept reflects how the flavours and aromas of grilling create a harmonious and satisfying meal. As the meat sizzles, it fills the air with delicious smells, and the social aspect of cooking and eating together adds another layer of enjoyment.
